Dear Elementary and Secondary School Principals,
The Archdiocese of New York and the Anti-Defamation League invite educators in Catholic schools in the tri-state area for a special four-day summer conference, called Bearing Witness, about Holocaust education in the 21st century. Middle school teachers, high school teachers and principals are welcome to attend this valuable professional development experience.
Bearing Witness will be held from Monday-Thursday, July 28-31, 2014 at Manhattan College. Bearing Witness features special visits to the Museum of Jewish Heritage and to a local NYC synagogue.

Bearing Witness is an approved professional development activity for teachers in the Catholic schools of Brooklyn and Queens.
Please note that there is a nominal fee for teachers to participate in the program. This is a wonderful professional development opportunity for middle school and high school social studies teachers.
