For the first time, the award-winning one-hour LIVE Electronic Field Trip broadcasts are complimentary to all viewers. The broadcasts feature historical documentary or dramatic video in combination with live discussion by experts and historians, as well as interactive opportunities for all viewers via Twitter or our instant feedback poll.
These programs immerse students in authentic historical content, build civic, history and literacy skills, and help students develop communication skills. The programs are geared for students in Grades 4-8.
The broadcast schedule features seven programs airing October 2014 through April 2015 at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. ET.
