Session 1 – March 3rd 3:30 – 4:30

Protecting Your School with Vault

FERPA, COPPA, and legal rules surrounding student data, privacy, and retention

abound. Is your Google Admin Console set up to be compliant? Many schools do

not have Vault fully set up to retain data and avoid legal issues. Ensure that your

retention rules are set. Learn to create a matter, search data, and set up a hold.

Session 2 – March 10th 3:30 – 4:30

Email for the All the Ages

Schools are faced with the decision of whether or not to enable email for students.

The answer is not always simply on or off but varies by user age. The Google

Admin Console allows schools a wide range of options for setting up email based

on a particular group. In this session, learn about the possibilities including only

allowing internal email, blocking senders, and restricting by domains.

Session 3 – March 17th 3:30 – 4:30

Website and App Access

Schools are constantly working to balance access to websites and apps. The

Google Admin Console offers a variety of ways to control access. Learn to block

websites by URL and even adjust access by organizational unit. Allow only

approved YouTube videos for your users.
